Parsnip «Poseidon» – these are professional parsnip seeds with excellent characteristics for garden and vegetable growing. The root crops have a round shape and a white-cream color; the mass of each fruit ranges from 90 to 120 grams, length 21–31 cm, diameter 5–8 cm. Thanks to this shape, they are easily processed both in fresh form and during processing.
The variety is characterized by late maturity: the period from full germination to harvesting is 140–150 days, which allows planning sowings considering seasonal conditions. Yield reaches 3–3.5 kg/m², and root crops maintain high quality and are suitable for long-term storage. Leaf rosette height is about 49 cm, diameter 34 cm; leaves are large, green, medium-glossy and slightly wrinkled.
For growing «Poseidon», sowing normalization within 4–6 kg of seeds per hectare is recommended. The variety is suitable for both a home garden and small commercial plots, providing a stable high-quality harvest.
