The root is white, conical, with gradual tapering, 25-40 cm long, 4.5-8.6 cm in diameter, fully buried in soil. Surface smooth, sometimes with small cells and lateral roots. Flesh and core white, sometimes with a yellow ring. Dry matter content 2.2%, total sugar — 8.9%, vitamin C — 10.5 mg/100 g. Suitable for cultivation in all regions of Ukraine.
