The Cinderella parsley is a medium-maturing root variety with a semi-vertical leaf rosette up to 35 cm high. The leaves are dark green, triangular in shape with slightly wavy edges, and the petioles are long and of medium thickness with a slight anthocyanin tint. The rootstock has a conical pointed shape with pronounced tubercles and a greyish-white coloration; the mass of one rootstock ranges from 137 to 152 grams, while the foliage weighs about 52 grams. The variety is distinguished by its excellent aroma of both foliage and rootstock, as well as high cold hardiness, which allows for cultivation under various climatic conditions.
