Claudia

Claudia is a universal variety of leaf parsley, characterized by a powerful bush with large, juicy, and aromatic dark green leaves. The plant forms a rosette of leaves up to 47 cm high and about 55 cm in diameter, with dense foliage and medium wavy leaf edges. Petioles are of medium length, thin, with a slight anthocyan tint. The leaves have a pleasant mild taste and a rich aroma, making the variety particularly valuable for culinary use.

The Claudia variety is characterized by high yield and intense regrowth of greens after cutting, allowing for several harvests per season. The mass of greens from one plant after three cuts reaches about 800 grams, and the yield per square meter is 3.2-3.4 kg. Parsley keeps its freshness for a long time and is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as freezing and drying. Due to its decorative qualities, greens are often used to decorate dishes.

Claudia is distinguished by high resistance to unfavorable conditions: the variety is frost-hardy, heat-resistant, and shade-tolerant. Root crops are quite large, and rhizomes survive winter in the soil, allowing fresh greens to be harvested as early as in spring. These properties make the variety especially attractive for cultivation in various climatic conditions and ensure a stable and prolonged harvest.
