The bulbs of this variety have a round shape and a single-seeded structure, covered with dark brown, dry, shiny scales that fit tightly to the surface. Thanks to its characteristics, the Cefe F1 onion is suitable for mechanized harvesting and sorting, which facilitates the harvesting process.

This variety is characterized by high resistance to diseases; in particular, it is not susceptible to downy mildew and damage from thrips, which helps preserve the quality and health of plants throughout the growing period. The Cefe F1 onion has a soft texture, while the bulbs are hard and cream-white inside. They maintain high quality during long-term storage, which allows the harvest to be stored in cool conditions until June of the following year.

For successful cultivation of the Cefe F1 onion, it is recommended to use medium, compact, and moist soils with a neutral reaction.
