Calypso onion is a late hybrid of bulb onion with a maturation period of 120-125 days. The medium-stature plant has a well-developed root system, ensuring its resilience and good growth. The bulbs are round, dense, and uniform in size, with dark copper or dark brown scales that exhibit high marketability and an attractive copper hue. The weight of a single bulb can reach up to 200 grams, and the dry matter content is about 14%, making this variety juicy and flavorful.
