Description Tinga
Tinga carrot belongs to late-maturing varieties with a vegetation period of about 155-160 days. The root crops of this variety have a length of about 20-22 cm, a conical shape with a pointed end and a bright orange color that does not turn green at the top. The surface of the root crops is smooth, with dense skin without bumps, which ensures excellent transportability and long-term storage.

The plant prefers fertile, loose soils and develops best on raised beds with moderate moisture. The yield of the Tinga variety can reach up to 10 kg per square meter with proper care. Thanks to the dense and juicy flesh with a rich taste and aroma, the carrot is suitable for both private cultivation on homesteads and gardens, and for industrial production.

The variety differs in universal use and the possibility of mechanized harvesting, which makes it convenient for farmers and gardeners. High storability and the absence of greening of the upper part of the root crops allow to maintain the quality of the vegetable for a long time, which is an important advantage for storage and transportation.
