Matuři F1 carrot is an early maturing hybrid of the Chantenay type, intended for fresh consumption, processing, and storage. The vegetation period is 63-70 days, allowing cultivation from early spring to late autumn, and even in winter under protected ground. The plant features a strong, upright, dark-green stem, indicating high vitality and resistance to stressful growing conditions.

Matuři roots are conical with smooth skin and 16-20 cm in length. They have a beautiful dark-orange color both on the outside and inside, along with a small, weakly expressed core. High levels of carotene and sugars ensure excellent taste, and the absence of cracking tendency makes this hybrid especially attractive for fresh produce and processing markets. Additionally, the carrots retain juiciness and market quality until mid-April with proper storage.

Matuři hybrid is resistant to green head, bolting, and Alternaria leaf spot, enhancing its reliability and crop quality. It is ideal for early sowing under film and agrofiber, enabling early harvest, and for summer sowing, producing high-quality carrots for long-term storage. Harvesting in bunches can begin as early as day 63-68, making this variety advantageous for commercial cultivation and marketing.
