The Darina carrot variety is a late-maturing, high-yielding variety with a vegetation period of 135 to 150 days from first sprouts to full maturity. The roots are cylindrical in shape, with a smooth surface and blunt tip, measuring 20 to 24 cm in length and weighing 150 to 230 grams. The bright orange color of the roots indicates a high beta-carotene content, making this variety especially valuable for children's nutrition and a healthy diet.

The Darina variety is distinguished by good marketability and uniform root shape, which facilitates mechanical harvesting and subsequent processing. Due to its universal use, the carrot is suitable for fresh consumption, juice production, canning, and, when sown later, for long-term storage. High sugar and carotene content enhances the flavor and nutritional value of the vegetable.
