Carvejo is an extremely early Nantes-type carrot hybrid, designed for early spring harvests, as well as for summer planting with the aim of harvesting in autumn and subsequent storage. The vegetation period is 85-95 days, enabling rapid harvest of high-quality produce. Carvejo carrots have a regular cylindrical shape with a blunt tip and length ranging from 17 to 20 cm.
