Liraz lettuce is an early-season type iceberg variety intended for summer cultivation. It is characterized by high resistance to high temperatures and bolting, making it particularly suitable for growing in hot conditions. The vegetative period is approximately 30 to 45 days depending on growing conditions. Lettuce heads have a rich green color and dense structure, ensuring an attractive appearance and high product quality.

Liraz lettuce heads weigh between 300 and 700 grams, usually around 550 grams. They are uniform in shape and size, having a slightly flattened spherical shape with smooth and properly folded leaves. Thanks to its powerful root system, this variety requires minimal care and tolerates drought and dry soil well, facilitating its cultivation even in complex climatic conditions.
