Liadine

Liadine is a loose-leaf lettuce of the Lollo Bionda type with rich dark green leaves. The plants have a strong and sturdy structure, and the heads are of medium size, round and evenly shaped. Due to its characteristics, Liadine lettuce is ideal for use in salad mixes and processing.

This variety is intended for cultivation throughout the season, both in open ground and in polytunnel greenhouses. It exhibits high resistance to bolting, false powdery mildew, lettuce aphids, sunburn, and necrosis, and is tolerant to lettuce mosaic virus and fusarium, ensuring a stable and high-quality yield.

A distinctive feature of Liadine is its ability to slow down the oxidation of plant juice after cutting thanks to Knox™ technology, allowing the leaves to retain freshness and attractive appearance for a longer period. This variety is produced in the Netherlands, guaranteeing high-quality planting material.
