Estrosa

Estrosa salad is an early half-heading lettuce type Lollo Bionda, developed by the Dutch breeding company Enza Zaden. This variety is characterized by rapid growth and active leaf mass accumulation, allowing it to be grown from early spring to late autumn both in open and covered ground. The vegetative period is about 60 days, making Estrosa an attractive choice for early harvest. The leaves are soft green with wavy edges forming a round rosette, and the head is compact and large.

One of the key advantages of this variety is its high resistance to various adverse factors. Estrosa is not susceptible to edge burn and bolting, ensuring stable product quality. Additionally, the variety is tolerant to powdery mildew (Bremia) and withstands both low and high temperatures without loss of quality.
