Crimson lettuce is an early-maturing leaf lettuce variety of Lollo Rossa type with a vegetative period of 60-70 days. Seed sowing for seedlings is recommended in February-March, and direct sowing into the ground should be done in March-April. Transplanting seedlings also occurs in March-April, allowing harvest as early as May-June.
