Lettuce Crimson

Reliable «Lollo Rossa» yields from PMP «Tiras»

When selecting seeds for a salad production cycle, predictability is key. The «Crimson» variety from the Ukrainian producer PMP «Tiras» is a solution for those who value the purity of the «Lollo Rossa» type and intense leaf coloration.

Growing experience and vegetation

Early maturity allows for quick crop rotation, freeing up space for subsequent plantings. The leaf is dense and heavily crinkled, providing not only excellent market volume but also high resistance to transport damage. The deep red pigment persists even under intense sunlight, which is critical for fresh market sales.

• Plant type: classic «Lollo Rossa» with a well-defined rosette.
• Color: saturated, deep red shade.
• Maturity: early, minimizing risks associated with peak summer temperatures.

Maintenance of «Crimson» does not require complex agrotechnical procedures; standard irrigation and proper planting density ensure uniform heads. Its resistance to premature bolting makes this variety a favorite for spring and summer production cycles.
