Cencibel lettuce is a Lollo Rossa-type variety with a rich triple-red leaf color. Plants are robust, with strong and flexible leaves that exhibit high transport tolerance. Heads of this variety are large, and low-light periods only slightly affect growth rate, allowing the plant to be trimmed to sizes comparable to green-leafed varieties. The average growing cycle is 40 to 60 days, making this variety suitable for various cultivation conditions.

Cencibel is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and hydroponically, enabling year-round production. The variety is ideal for new markets and processing, and is widely used in sandwiches and salads due to its attractive leaves and excellent flavor. Plant mass remains stable throughout the entire growing period, including the summer season.
