Description BEMOL
The 'Bemol' bean variety is a mid-early asparagus bean type with a maturity period of 50-53 days from germination to fruiting. The plant is bush-type, growing 35-40 cm high, with light green leaves and medium-sized purple flowers. The pods are curved, approximately 16 cm long and 2 cm wide, without a parchment layer or fibers, ensuring their tender structure. The pod tip is blunt with a long beak, and the height of attachment for the lower pods is 10-12 cm. Maturation occurs uniformly, which facilitates harvesting.

Sowing 'Bemol' beans in the open ground is recommended at the end of May – beginning of June to a depth of 3-4 cm, using a planting scheme of 10x50 cm or 15x40 cm. The best conditions for growing are sunny, wind-protected areas with loamy or clay-loam soils. The optimal temperature for plant growth and development is 25-28 °C. Important care elements include 2-3 hoeing of the interrows, abundant watering before flowering, as well as fertilizing after seedlings appear and during pod formation.

The 'Bemol' variety is characterized by high yields up to 5.0 kg per square meter and excellent taste qualities. The pods are suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and freezing. Harvest is recommended 8-10 days after fruit formation, in several stages, preferably in the morning, which helps preserve their freshness and quality.
