Amarok 300 is a high-yielding hybrid of sweet corn developed by VNILS, distinguished by its high adaptability to various climatic conditions, including steppes, forest-steppes, and Polissia. This medium-early simple hybrid has a FAO rating of 330, ensuring a stable and high yield of grain and silage. Plant height reaches 265 cm, and the ear is positioned at a height of 90 to 100 cm. The corn kernels are dent and horny, which facilitates their high-quality use in various agricultural sectors.

The Amarok 300 hybrid exhibits high resistance to major diseases such as helminthosporiosis, fusarium, and blister rust, as well as lodging and root rot. Due to its genetic traits, the plant demonstrates high drought tolerance, allowing it to be grown even with minimal or no soil tillage. The potential yield of this hybrid reaches 16.0 t/ha, making it one of the leaders in productivity among similar varieties.

Growing Amarok 300 corn requires soil preparation using organic fertilizers and adherence to optimal planting depth — at least 5 cm.
