Starch content in tubers ranges from 12.0% to 15.8%, providing good taste qualities and culinary type AB, making the potato suitable for salads and frying. Marketability of the variety reaches 81-88%, and tuber storability is 98%, indicating good storage durability.
Bryansky Jubilee is resistant to several diseases, including late blight of stems and tubers, potato cancer, mosaic virus, and leaf curl virus. However, the variety is susceptible to infection by golden potato cyst nematode. Due to its characteristics and disease resistance, this variety is recommended for cultivation in the Volga-Vyatka region and is a reliable choice for obtaining high-quality yields.
