Iris TIKHOMIROVSKIY

Aesthetics and Resilience in Landscape Design

The “Tikhomirovsky” iris from the producer FANCA is a professional-grade solution designed for landscaping private estates, public parks, and urban flowerbeds. This variety is primarily selected for its ability to create bold, vibrant visual statements, maintaining its aesthetic appeal for 15–20 days during the mid-season peak.

Agricultural Features and Practical Application

• Plant Height: Ranging from 90 to 120 cm. This height makes the variety an ideal choice for middle or background planting in beds where clear vertical lines are required.
• Color Palette: The deep violet hue of the petals provides a striking contrast against traditional greenery, adding depth and focus to any landscape project.
• Cultivation: While these irises do not require specialized industrial agrotechnical operations, successful growth to the maximum stated height depends on the preparation of well-drained soil.

The “Tikhomirovsky” variety demonstrates consistent performance and stable adaptation to local environmental conditions. Professional landscapers prefer this cultivar for its predictability; when planted correctly, it adapts quickly to the soil structure. Using this hybrid is highly effective for intensive landscaping projects where high visual impact and resistance to mild weather fluctuations during the flowering period are essential.

When incorporating this variety into garden designs, it is important to account for its height (up to 120 cm). In windy areas, minimal support may be necessary to maintain the plant's vertical habit. The variety is equally suitable for individual specimen planting or for creating dense, eye-catching floral arrangements.
