Iris THUMB GIFT IRIS

Aesthetics and Durability in Landscape Design

The «Подарок Пальчиковой» (Podarok Palchikovoy) iris variety, presented by the brand FANCA, is a breeding success with French roots (originator: Av Du Capitaine N Tchorere 80270 Airaines, France). This variety is highly sought after in professional landscaping for its high adaptability to climatic conditions and aesthetic expressiveness.

Practical Application

The choice of this variety is driven by the need to create long-lasting flower beds. Key application scenarios include:

• Landscaping of formal zones and entrance areas where a stable decorative effect is required throughout the growing season.
• Creating accent groups in landscape compositions, thanks to the recognizable shape of the flower and saturated color.
• Use as a specimen plant for private and municipal grounds: the variety maintains its shape excellently and does not require complex staking.

Due to the selective breeding conducted by French experts, the variety possesses resistance to typical crop diseases, significantly reducing the costs associated with chemical treatment and maintenance. In nurseries and landscape studios, this iris is valued for its predictable growth and uniformity of the bush development.

Agrotechnical Recommendations

For maximum decorative effect, it is recommended to plant in well-lit areas with drained soil. «Подарок Пальчиковой» demonstrates the best performance under moderate watering, making it an optimal choice for areas with automated irrigation systems. The variety responds well to mineral fertilization during the active budding period, which promotes abundant flowering.
