Iris BORDER IRIS BLUE

Technical Specifications and Morphology

The "Bordurny Siniy" (Blue Border) iris is a result of advanced selection efforts by the Federal Scientific Center for Vegetable Production. Designed for structural landscaping, the plant reaches a height of 50–70 cm, ensuring perfect visibility and architectural clarity when used in mid-tier border arrangements.

Color Dynamics and Flowering Phase

The visual impact of this hybrid relies on the contrast between its deep blue tones and distinct white petal segments. This chromatic intensity provides depth, making the plant a focal point in any garden composition. The flowering duration of 20–25 days allows landscape architects to predict bloom timing with high precision, ensuring the integrity of the design over a significant period.

Applications in Landscape Design

• Zoning Efficiency: The controlled growth habit (up to 70 cm) makes this variety ideal for defining garden boundaries without obstructing sightlines.
• Genetic Reliability: Developed by specialists T.V. Turushina and G.E. Kazarinov, the variety offers consistent morphological traits and robust aesthetic performance.
• Maintenance and Utility: Designed for professional ornamental landscaping, this variety balances visual elegance with predictable growth cycles, reducing the complexity of long-term garden management.

Incorporating "Bordurny Siniy" into an ornamental project is a decision based on architectural precision and guaranteed biological performance, backed by official breeding data.
