Iris CANADA GOLD

Iris 'Canada Gold' is a bright and reliable perennial growing from 90 to 105 cm tall, easily fitting into any garden ensemble thanks to its light green leaves and sturdy short-stemmed flower stalks measuring 80–100 cm. Flowers with a diameter of 12–13 cm feature a rich light golden-yellow hue that does not fade even under prolonged sun exposure. An orange beard adds vibrancy, making each bud a noticeable element of the landscape.

The variety is distinguished by abundant flowering: in mid-June, 3–4 of the 7–9 flowers bloom simultaneously, and the flowering period lasts from 15 to 20 days. The strong scent creates a pleasant atmosphere in the garden, making the plant popular among those who appreciate not only beauty but also fragrance. Thanks to disease resistance and good hardiness, 'Canada Gold' grows easily in various climatic conditions.

Iris is also known for its rapid spreading, which allows for quickly filling open garden areas or creating hedges. Its versatility makes it suitable for both decorative greening and use in flower bed design. In combination with other iris varieties, it creates harmonious contrasts and bright accents, highlighting the beauty of summer.
