Iris Cloud Ballet – a bearded variety with a height of 85‑90 cm and fan-shaped basal leaf bunches that maintain their decorative quality until autumn. The flowers are large, from 10 to 15 cm, light blue in color, with a lace-like form: three inner petals form a dome, while three outer petals droop downwards, creating a characteristic beard.
The flowering period lasts 2–3 weeks in May–June. The plant is characterized by sturdy flower stems and a bright sweet fragrance that enhances the visual impression of the flowers.
The variety was created by Fort in 1990 and received an award (AH) in 1993. It is suitable for gardens with a temperate climate, where it can be used as a decorative plant in beds or containers, attracting attention with its unusual shape and fragrance.
