An early-maturing fast-growing green variety «Stay Healthy» reaches maturity just 20–25 days after germination. This makes it an ideal choice for both open ground and protected areas, where a stable planting cycle can be maintained throughout the season.

Yield is high – from 2.0 to 2.2 kg/m². Leaf rosettes are arranged vertically, with a diameter of 20–24 cm and a single leaf mass of 20–30 g. Leaves are large, dissected, tender and juicy, with an unforgettable piquant taste that shines beautifully in fresh vegetable salads, sandwiches, and as a side dish to meat or fish.

The variety is frost-resistant: even at low temperatures it maintains commercial qualities and does not bolt. For obtaining greenery with a soft taste, regular cutting is recommended, and sowing seeds in open ground is carried out every 10–15 days to a depth of 1–1.5 cm. Harvest is done before the appearance of flower stalks. During cultivation, it is important to water the plants in time, weed, loosen the soil and fertilize them to maintain their health and maximum productivity.
