Zlatо Polіssya — Ukrainian aromatic hop variety, developed by clonal selection from Clone 18. It belongs to the aromatic type of hops and is characterized by a soft, fragrant aroma with subtle notes of sweet meadow and fruity bouquet, which is determined by the composition of farnesene-type essential oils. In terms of bitterness, xanthohumol, and essential oil content, this variety is comparable to the best world analogs.

The alpha-acid content in Zlatо Polіssya is approximately 4.2%, making it versatile for both bittering and aroma purposes in beer. This hop is suitable for various styles, including lagers and ales. It can be used for both traditional and dry hopping, allowing its delicate and refined aroma with notes of spices, aromatic herbs, and citrus to be fully expressed.

Zlatо Polіssya is supplied in vacuum-packed bags of 50 or 100 grams, ensuring preservation of its quality and freshness.
