Paris

The Paris eggplant variety is distinguished by its early maturity: from transplanting seedlings to technical ripeness, it takes 60-70 days. Plants reach a height of 60-80 cm, have compact fruit placement, and early, simultaneous branching. Fruits are cylindrical in shape, with a smooth, glossy, deep-purple skin, measuring 25-30 cm in length and 4-6 cm in diameter. The flesh is light, dense, free of bitterness, and possesses excellent taste qualities.

Regular harvesting every 7-8 days extends the vegetative period and increases yield, which reaches 40-50 tons per hectare. The variety is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus, enhancing its reliability and crop quality. Due to its high marketability and uniform fruit size, Paris eggplants are in demand both for home cultivation and commercial production.
