Description ESKIMO
Eskimo F1 eggplant is a mid-season hybrid with a maturation period from germination to harvest of 95-110 days. The plant is compact, semi-spreading, and of medium height, approximately 160-170 cm, making it convenient for growing both in open ground and in greenhouses. Due to its resistance to diseases, adverse weather conditions, and pests such as slugs, this variety ensures a stable and abundant yield.

Eskimo eggplant fruits have bright saturated purple coloration and an ovate shape. They are small but uniform, weighing from 300 to 350 grams, do not overgrow, and are characterized by firm white flesh with a minimal amount of seeds. The flesh is completely free from bitterness, which makes this variety particularly attractive for culinary use. The absence of thorns on the calyx of the fruits facilitates their processing and preparation.

Due to its taste qualities and the firm structure of the flesh, Eskimo F1 eggplant is excellent for preparing a variety of dishes, including eggplant caviar, as well as for canning and freezing. The fruits retain their nutritional and taste properties after processing, making this variety universal and convenient for winter preserves.
