Dill NIZHEGORODSKAYA YARMARKA

Dill variety NIZHEGORODSKAYA YARMARKA is a unique plant forming a powerful foliose bush with large leaves 28-36 cm long and 30-36 cm wide. The leaves have a rich dark green color with a waxy coating, which gives them an attractive appearance and contributes to long-term freshness. The plant is characterized by a long vegetative period, does not bloom for a long time, and forms fluffy, strong branches, which makes it especially decorative and aromatic.

This dill variety is excellent for winter sowing, as young plants can withstand spring frosts, ensuring an early and stable yield. Green yield is 2.8 to 6.0 kg per square meter, making the variety highly productive and economically viable for growing both in personal holdings and for commercial purposes.

NIZHEGORODSKAYA YARMARKA is versatile in use: greens are recommended for use fresh, as well as for drying, salting, and freezing. In addition, dill seeds of this variety are widely used as a spice for pickling and marinating, which expands its application possibilities in cooking and home canning.
