Dahlia Vizavi

Stability and Classic Aesthetics

The 'Vizavi' dahlia is a product of the N.V. Tsitsin Main Botanical Garden (RAS). This is not just a decorative plant, but an example of an adaptive variety bred specifically for temperate climate conditions. Its key advantage is a strong resistance to root rot, making it the preferred choice for regions with heavy, moisture-prone soils or unpredictable summer weather.

Agronomic Profile

This variety belongs to the medium-height category (70–100 cm), providing an optimal balance between bush vigor and aesthetic appeal. It eliminates the need for heavy staking, and the blooms are perfectly suited for both mixed borders and solitary garden accents.

• Cut Flowers: A sturdy stem structure and excellent vase life make 'Vizavi' a professional choice for florists.
• Landscape: Ideal for creating dense color accents in garden beds that require predictable growth patterns and uniform flowering.

Who is this variety for?

'Vizavi' is suitable for both experienced gardeners and hobbyists alike. Its greatest strength is its reliability. Unlike many imported hybrids that require frequent fungicide applications, this variety exhibits a natural resistance to root rot. To unlock its full potential, ensure the plant is placed in a sunny location with regular watering, while avoiding water stagnation in the root zone.
