Currant CRISTALINE

A Reliable Choice for Commercial Logistics

The 'Iskristaya' blackcurrant variety is a strategic asset for farms focused on supplying fresh berries to retail chains and remote markets. The core advantage of this variety is its exceptional berry firmness and dry detachment, which ensures high transportability without compromising quality.

Developed with the expertise of Elena Konstantinovna Sashko, 'Iskristaya' is designed to meet the rigorous demands of commercial production. It minimizes waste during both manual and mechanical harvesting. The berries maintain their integrity during transit, which is a decisive factor for retailers where visual presentation dictates sales performance.

Operational Use in Farming

Farmers select 'Iskristaya' when logistical efficiency and loss reduction are top priorities. If your farm targets distant markets, this variety helps minimize the financial risks associated with berry spoilage during shipping. Additionally, the firm skin structure makes 'Iskristaya' an excellent candidate for flash freezing: the berries maintain their shape after thawing, making them highly desirable for wholesale processing and fruit preparation industries.
