Early-maturing variety, developed at the VNIIS named after I.V. Michurin by crossing the varieties Minay Shmyrev and Brodtorp. Authors: K.D. Sergeeva, T.S. Zvyagina. Included in the State Register of varieties approved for use in the Volga-Vyatka, Middle Volga, and Ural regions in 1997.
Medium-height, slightly spreading bush. Growing shoots of medium thickness, straight, light-green, woody—gray-yellow, yellow at the tips, with brown streaks and spots. Medium-sized, elongated, pinkish, sessile buds, pressed against the shoots, solitary, leaf scar shape rounded-triangular.
Five-lobed leaf, medium size, green, matte, smooth, convex, blade positioned horizontally, leaf margin straight. Lobes pointed, central larger than lateral, sometimes with additional protrusions. Lateral lobes widely spaced, angle between their midveins straight. Basal lobes poorly developed. Leaf base with a central triangular notch. Teeth short, sharp, curled, doubly serrated, with a clearly defined white "tip". Petiole of medium length and thickness, with anthocyanic coloring at the base of the leaf.
Flowers medium-sized, cup-shaped, sepals reddish, curved in an arch, free. Inflorescence of medium length (3-5 cm), straight, central and thick axis with "tanning", without pedicel.
Berries large (1.2-1.5 g), round, one-dimensional, black, with moderate seed count, tart-sweet flavor (4.5 points), universal use. Receptacle round, medium-sized, closed, peduncle medium length. Chemical composition: dry matter — 14.5%, sugar sum — 11.6%, titratable acidity — 2.6%, ascorbic acid — 198.0 mg/100 g, P-active substances — 1426.0 mg/100 g, pectin substances — 1.0%.
Cold-hardy variety, highly self-fertile, early-bearing (produces 0.8-1.0 kg/plant in the second year after planting on non-irrigated sites), resistant to powdery mildew and spider mite, average yield 8.0 t/ha (2.6 kg/plant).
Advantages of the variety: high productivity, early bearing, good taste qualities, and simultaneous ripening of berries, ease of propagation.
Disadvantages of the variety: low resistance to bud mite.
