Description Zita
Zita cucumber is an early, high-yielding parthenocarpic hybrid intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic covers. Plants are exclusively female-flowering, ensuring the formation of clusters of 3-4 fruits per node. Fruit set begins as early as day 38-39 after emergence, allowing for a quick harvest.

Zita cucumber fruits have a dark green glossy color, cylindrical shape, and length of about 15-16 cm with a diameter of 3-3.5 cm. Fruit weight ranges from 80 to 125 grams. The fruits are flavorful, crisp, and non-bitter, making them suitable for fresh consumption, pickling, and canning.

The hybrid is characterized by high productivity, yielding up to 10-11 kg per square meter. It is resistant to major diseases such as powdery mildew, zucchini yellow mosaic virus, and root rots, and also exhibits heat tolerance. These qualities make Zita cucumber suitable for commercial cultivation and group plantings.
