Description
SOLTIS — a mid-season parthenocarpic cucumber hybrid with long fruits, suitable for cultivation both in protected ground and on trellises in open ground. From germination to the start of fruiting, it takes 48-50 days, allowing harvest at optimal times. Two to three fruit buds form at each node, contributing to high crop yield.
SOLTIS fruits are smooth, 20-25 cm long, about 3.5 cm in diameter, and weigh 150-180 g. They have an exquisite taste and pleasant aroma, making them ideal for fresh consumption and various snacks. The hybrid is resistant to several diseases, including cladosporiosis, cucumber mosaic virus, powdery mildew, and false powdery mildew, significantly simplifying care and improving crop quality.
Recommended planting density is 3-5 plants per square meter, ensuring optimal plant development and maximum productivity. Yield in open ground reaches 12-14 kg per square meter, while in protected ground exceeds 18 kg per square meter. These figures make SOLTIS an attractive choice for gardeners and farmers seeking a stable and high-quality cucumber harvest.
