Description GEROLD
Gerold is an early-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid cucumber with female flowering, beginning fruiting 40-42 days after germination. 2-3 fruits form in each node, contributing to high yields reaching 12-15 kg per square meter. The fruits of this variety are very short, 8-10 cm long and 3-3.5 cm in diameter, with a smooth surface and light green color. The weight of one cucumber is about 70-85 grams. Due to its taste and aroma, Gerold cucumbers are ideal for fresh consumption.

This hybrid is successfully grown both in greenhouses and in open ground, making it suitable for various climatic conditions. The plants are indeterminate, ensuring prolonged fruiting. Gerold is characterized by good resistance to major cucumber diseases, including common cucumber mosaic, yellow vein virus, powdery mildew, and gray mold, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss.

To achieve maximum yield, it is recommended to follow agronomic norms, including regular watering and fertilization. Thanks to its combination of high productivity, disease resistance, and excellent taste, the Gerold cucumber is an excellent choice for both commercial cultivation and home gardens.
