Description Sebate
Sebate cucumber is a hybrid of early-maturing type with female flowering, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in polyethylene greenhouses. The plant is medium-height with moderate lateral branching, facilitating care and harvesting. From germination to the beginning of fruiting takes approximately 37-40 days, enabling an early harvest. Two to three fruits form per node, contributing to high yield and stable fruiting.

Sebate cucumber fruits have a regular oval-cylindrical shape, measuring 7 to 12 cm in length and weighing 60 to 130 grams. The fruits are bright green or dark green, with smooth or slightly warty surfaces covered with light or brownish spines. The flesh is firm, crisp, free of bitterness, and has a refreshing flavor, making this variety versatile for fresh consumption, pickling, canning, and salting.

The Sebate variety exhibits high resistance to major cucumber diseases, including powdery mildew and root rot, as well as good regenerative capacity and fruiting ability even under stress conditions. It tolerates transportation well and is suitable for two-crop cultivation — spring and autumn. Due to these qualities, Sebate cucumber is a reliable choice for farmers and gardeners seeking a stable and high-quality harvest.
