Description Bisan
Cucumber variety Bisan is a fast-maturing parthenocarpic gherkin with high yield and excellent characteristics. The plant is strong and well-leafed, forming clustered fruiting with 2-4 ovaries per node on the main stem, ensuring uniform harvest. Gherkins are bright green, slightly curved, 8-10 cm long, and do not overgrow, making them ideal for pickling and preservation. The variety is resistant to powdery mildew of cucurbit crops and false powdery mildew, enhancing its reliability in cultivation.

Fruits have an oval shape with even, attractive netting, uniform in shape and size. They possess good flavor and high content of dry matter (6.0-6.4%) and total sugar (4.4-5.1%), improving their appearance and quality. This very early hybrid is suitable for cultivation both under plastic cover and in open ground, making it versatile for various growing conditions.

Bisan variety is produced in the Netherlands, ensuring high seed quality and compliance with modern selection standards. Due to its characteristics and disease resistance, this cucumber is an excellent choice for farmers and gardeners aiming to obtain early and high-quality gherkin harvests for home use and commercial cultivation.
