Description BERNSTAINT
The cucumber BERNSTAINT is an early-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid of Dutch selection, intended for cultivation both in open ground and in protected soil. The plant is strong, climbing, and indeterminate, ensuring a stable and high yield. The first harvest of fruits is possible as early as 40-42 days after germination. The hybrid is characterized by high stress resistance and shade tolerance, allowing successful cultivation under various climatic conditions and low air humidity.

The fruits of cucumber BERNSTAINT are small in size, 8-12 cm long and 2.5-2.8 cm in diameter, weighing from 55 to 95 grams. They have a rich green color and a coarse, bumpy surface, giving them an attractive market appearance. The flesh is crisp, dense, and free of bitterness, with small seed chambers. The skin has a good texture, making the fruits suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for canning and pickling.

The hybrid BERNSTAINT is characterized by high yield, ranging from 221 to 430 centners per hectare, making it in demand for industrial cultivation. Thanks to its qualities and resistance to all major cucumber diseases, this variety is ideal for use under various agronomic conditions. Its fruits are excellent for salads, marination, and pickling, expanding the culinary applications of this hybrid.
