OBILNOLISTNY

Obilnolistny is an early-maturing cress variety that quickly produces a harvest within 17-20 days after germination. Plants reach a height of up to 50 cm and weigh about 20-25 grams per rosette. The leaves are large, tender, juicy, with a characteristic mustard flavor and aroma; they have a slightly ruffled edge and a moderately blistered structure.

The variety differs in high yield: in open ground it produces up to 2 kg/m² of greens, and when grown in a protected place – up to 3.4 kg/m². Obilnolistny grows well both in garden beds and in pots on a windowsill, making it convenient for year-round use. Seeds are sown at a depth of 1-2 cm; sowing can be carried out with an interval of 10-12 days to ensure a continuous flow of fresh greens.

Obilnolistny is resistant to yellowing and flowering, which allows maintaining product quality even during long-term storage. Due to its juicy texture and piquant taste, it is ideal for preparing salads, sandwiches, and side dishes, adding a bright fresh accent to dishes.
