ZP 427 Sweet Corn is a mid-season hybrid with an FAO index of 400, featuring high yield potential and excellent pedigree. This hybrid is suitable for both intensive cultivation on fertile soils and more modest conditions, including altitudes up to 600 meters above sea level. Due to its versatility, ZP 427 successfully adapts to various agro-climatic conditions.

Plants reach a height of about 220 cm, with a conical ear approximately 25 cm long, positioned at 90 cm from the base. The ear contains 14-16 rows of kernels, with a 1000-kernel weight of about 400 grams. The hybrid is characterized by excellent lodging resistance, high drought tolerance, and rapid water evaporation, which facilitates harvest and reduces storage losses.
