Maize ZU Crumber

Reliable Yields with ZU Kramber

When planning a season, the last thing you want is the surprise of rust affecting your crops.

Field Observations

This is a simple hybrid, so it is straightforward to manage. The grain is a classic flint-dent type, which dries down well, meaning lower drying costs after harvest.

Planting Recommendations

To maximize returns, stick to a seeding rate of 85-90 thousand plants per hectare. At this density, the crop is well-ventilated, preventing overcrowding, which also serves as a preventive measure against diseases. The stalk remains strong and resistant to lodging, making things much easier for the combine operator. For those who value predictability and want to avoid the "disease lottery," this hybrid is a workhorse that justifies every euro invested in the seed.
