Description Vizavi
Corn Vizavi (FAO 190) is an early-maturing, simple modified hybrid of Ukrainian selection, registered in 2013. This hybrid is characterized by high ecological stability and vigorous early growth, ensuring its high yield and adaptability to various soil-climatic conditions. Vizavi is recommended for cultivation in the forest-steppe, Polissia, and steppe regions of Ukraine, where it demonstrates resistance to cold and stress factors.

Plants reach a height of about 240 cm, with cylindrical ears attached at approximately 100 cm. The kernels are dent-shaped, yellow in color, with a 82-85% extraction rate. The 1000-kernel weight ranges from 290–310 g, and the number of rows varies from 14 to 16. The hybrid exhibits high resistance to diseases and pests, including lodging, blister and stalk borer, fusarium, helminthosporium, and corn borer, contributing to stable yields.

Vizavi is a versatile hybrid suitable for both grain and silage use. With adequate water and mineral nutrition, it can form two ears per plant, significantly increasing the potential yield, reaching 14–15 tons per hectare. To achieve maximum results, it is recommended to maintain an optimal planting density of 70–80 thousand plants per hectare and ensure proper care.
