Stable SV is a corn hybrid characterized by high yield and adaptability to various growing conditions. It belongs to the mid-maturing group with a FAO of about 290 and is suitable for grain and silage production. Plants reach a height of 200-210 cm, with ears approximately 20 cm long, attached at a height of 80-90 cm. Grain is dent-shaped, yellow-orange in color, with a 1000-grain weight of 280-300 g. The hybrid features a strong root system, providing high drought tolerance, resistance to diseases and pests, and good response to mineral fertilizer application and improved agrofond. Due to its adaptability to dense planting, it is suitable for cultivation in all regions of Ukraine.
The hybrid exhibits stable and high yields: potential grain yield is 120-125 c/ha, and silage mass is 580-630 c/ha. It tolerates heat and low temperatures well, is resistant to lodging and stem breakage, ensuring reliable harvest. High grain moisture release allows harvesting at optimal moisture levels, reducing drying costs and improving product quality. Recommended productive plant density varies depending on the natural zone, allowing yield optimization.
Stable SV is an economically advantageous hybrid with profitable seed production. It is suitable for cultivation in steppe, forest-steppe, and forest zones, demonstrating competitiveness with foreign selection. Due to its characteristics, the hybrid is widely used for food production as well as for feed purposes, making it a versatile choice for agricultural enterprises.
