Maize SN 43

Stable grain yield under stress

The «SN 43» corn variety from the Krasnodar-based breeder «Nadezhda Gor» is a choice for farmers focused on obtaining a predictable grain harvest even under unfavorable phytosanitary conditions. Unlike many modern intensive hybrids that require perfect growing conditions, this variety demonstrates remarkable resilience, cultivated specifically to withstand the challenges of southern agriculture.

A Phytopathological Shield

The primary competitive advantage of this variety lies in its genetic resistance to a complex of dangerous diseases. In field conditions, «SN 43» minimizes the risk of crop loss due to its innate immunity to:

• Loose and common smut;
• Fusarium, which is crucial for maintaining grain quality during storage;
• Stem rots, ensuring resistance to lodging.

Special attention should be paid to its resistance to the European corn borer. This significantly reduces the need for additional insecticide applications, saving the farm's budget and allowing the variety to be integrated into eco-friendly farming systems.

Who is «SN 43» for?

This variety is ideal for farms seeking a balance between crop protection costs and total grain yield. It does not aim for records under «greenhouse» conditions, but it shows excellent stability where the pathogen pressure becomes a problem for less resistant counterparts. Using «SN 43» is justified in regions with a high risk of pest and fungal infection, where the technological map is limited by the possibilities for intensive fungicide and insecticide control.

By choosing «Nadezhda Gor», you receive genetic material proven in real-world scenarios, adapted to the specific challenges of domestic agronomy. This is a reliable workhorse for commercial grain corn production.
