SBLM 105 is a high-yielding hybrid of sweet corn, intended for growing baby corn and salad varieties. It features early maturity and a medium-early vegetation period of about 70-72 days, enabling successful cultivation in various climatic conditions, including regions with a limited growing season. Plants reach a height of 180-185 cm, and ears have a conical shape with 16 rows of kernels, facilitating mechanized harvesting.
The SBLM 105 hybrid has a unique biocolor type of kernels: 25% white and 75% yellow, giving the ears an attractive appearance and aligning with modern European trends. The kernels are soft and creamy with high sugar content — over 23-24% — making the corn particularly sweet and tender. Due to its SH2 type, the seeds exhibit enhanced sweetness and quality, making them desirable for both personal use and commercial sale.
SBLM 105 seeds are supplied in convenient packaging and treated with modern systemic agents such as Maxim XL and Vitavax 200FF, which protect plants from fungal diseases. Additionally, the Radix perfecta technology based on effective microorganisms is applied to enhance drought resistance. The hybrid is characterized by high yield — up to 30-40 thousand ears per hectare, rapid water release, and resistance to common diseases such as anthracnose and stalk rot, ensuring a stable and high-quality harvest.
