Corn hybrid PX 269 X is an improved hybrid developed based on the Dneprovsky 181 variety. The plant reaches a height of 220-230 cm and is distinguished by high resistance to stem breakage and strong winds, ensuring reliability when grown under various climatic conditions. The corn cob is cylindrical, 20-22 cm long, with 14-16 rows of kernels, and the cob has a characteristic red pigment.
The kernels of corn PX 269 X have a flinty-toothed shape and acquire a yellow-orange color as they mature. The 1000-kernel weight is 250-270 g, indicating high seed quality and density. The seeds undergo careful cleaning and sorting by fractions, then are packaged in five-layer paper bags weighing 19 to 26.9 kg depending on the quality category.
This hybrid is characterized by stable high yield and good adaptation to droughty conditions and sharp temperature fluctuations. The corn kernels are resistant to major diseases such as stalk rot and gray leaf spot, which contributes to maintaining yield and reducing losses during storage and processing.
