Sativosweet corn is a group of hybrids characterized by high yield and adaptability to various climatic conditions. Among them are early-maturing cold-tolerant hybrids, drought-resistant and intensive grain-type varieties, as well as Stay Green type hybrids that ensure maximum yield and high water-use efficiency due to dry ears at the vegetating stalk. These features make Sativo a universal solution for cultivation in different regions and conditions. Special attention deserves the SX 659 variety — super-sweet corn from Satimex with a vegetation period of 75–80 days. Plants reach a height of 160–170 cm, and ears have conical-cylindrical shape with 16 rows of kernels and length of about 19 cm. This variety is ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for marinating and freezing, expanding its application in culinary and food industries. Moreover, Sativo’s line includes a very high-yielding super-sweet corn hybrid with a maturity period of 90–95 days. Plants of this hybrid reach 180–190 cm in height, and ears have cylindrical shape and up to 23 cm in length. Such a hybrid combines high productivity with quality characteristics, making it attractive for farmers focused on achieving maximum yield and quality product.
