ALBIDUM 32

Albidum 32 is a variety of soft spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) with an intermediate-early maturity type and a vegetative period of 76-83 days. This variety belongs to the steppe ecotype and is characterized by high drought tolerance and heat resistance, making it particularly suitable for cultivation in arid climates. It matures simultaneously with standard varieties or 2 days earlier than the Yugo-Vostochnaya 2 variety. The mass of 1000 grains varies from 28.5 to 39 grams depending on growing conditions. The variety is distinguished by high resistance to lodging, which contributes to crop preservation and improved grain quality.

Albidum 32 has satisfactory baking qualities: protein content reaches 15.2%, raw gluten - 40.4%. The volume of bread from flour of this variety is about 1010 ml, and the overall baking rating is 4 points, indicating good quality flour for baking. Despite the high indicators, the variety is susceptible to hard head smut, brown, and stem rust, which requires the application of appropriate agrotechnical measures to protect crops.

Recommended for cultivation in various regions, including left-bank areas of the Volgograd and Saratov regions, as well as the West Kazakhstan region. The yield of the variety averages from 6.8 to 10.2 centners per hectare, exceeding standard variety indicators by 51%. Thanks to its adaptive properties and quality characteristics, Albidum 32 is a promising choice for agricultural producers focused on obtaining stable yields in arid climates.
