Corn is a warm-loving annual crop of the grass family, widely cultivated in Ukraine and other regions with suitable climates. Corn is valued not only for its high yield but also for its nutritional properties: it improves metabolism, vision, and heart function. In cooking, both fresh ears and cornmeal and starch from corn kernels are used, indispensable for dessert baking and infant nutrition.
