Corn LID3025C WX

Specialized Hybrid for the Starch Industry

LID3025C WX is a highly specialized tool for the processing industry. As a waxy hybrid with an FAO of 300, it consists of 100% amylopectin in its starch content. This makes it a strategically important raw material for the production of modified starches used in the food, paper, and textile industries.

Field Performance and Adaptability

French breeding by Lidea France SAS has endowed this hybrid with high plasticity. Its 2025 registration confirms that the variety has been tested across diverse conditions in Ukraine. It is suitable for cultivation in all three key zones: Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissya.

• Drought and Heat Tolerance: The hybrid demonstrates stability under moisture deficit conditions, which is critical for southern regions (Steppe). The F1 genetics ensure crop uniformity, allowing the plant to efficiently utilize limited moisture resources during critical growth phases.
• Lodging Resistance: The dent-type grain, combined with a strong stalk, provides high resistance to lodging. This minimizes losses during mechanized harvesting, which is essential for maintaining the purity of the waxy grain.
• Phytosanitary Profile: The hybrid's modern genetics are designed to withstand major corn pathogens common to Ukrainian climatic zones. Its high yield potential is realized through intensive cultivation practices.

Choosing LID3025C WX is a sound decision for farms working under contracts with processors. Stable amylopectin output and predictable field behavior make it a reliable link in the supply chain for high-tech production.
