Description Iskra MV
Corn Hybrid Iскра MV is a high-yielding hybrid belonging to the FAO 270 maturity group, corresponding to mid-season varieties. This hybrid is characterized by intensive growth and the ability to mature kernels on green stalks and leaves, ensuring stable crop quality. Produced in Ukraine by Himgrommarketing, seeds are supplied in packages of 80,000 units and undergo treatment with fungicides and insecticides to protect against diseases and pests.

Iскра MV is distinguished by high plasticity and adaptability to various soil and climatic conditions, making it an excellent choice for late planting. The hybrid adapts well to nutrient levels in the soil, soil type, and precipitation levels, enabling high yields even under adverse weather conditions. Under favorable conditions and dense planting, yield can reach 11.2–14.0 tons per hectare. A distinctive feature of the hybrid is its large, thick cob with deeply set kernels, and in cases of insufficient stalk numbers, the plant can develop two cobs on remaining stalks.

The hybrid exhibits high stress resistance, including excellent resistance to lodging and low temperatures, as well as good drought tolerance, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in southern areas of the forest-steppe and steppe zones of Ukraine. The recommended plant density at harvest is 65–70 thousand per hectare. Corn Iскра MV is a valuable agricultural product that combines high productivity, resistance to adverse factors, and versatility in use.
